Shipping policy

So you've purchased or are interested in having our Blackgold Mushroom Elixir as part of your health routine. We're working hard to get this in your hands fast.

Processing can take 1 to 3 business days (usually same day)*, and then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you in the estimated shipping times below. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.
*During sale and holiday periods dispatch and delivery may take longer with larger volumes of orders.

The shipping options below for the UK will appear for selection at checkout accordingly.

Shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Please allow more time for rural/remote areas.

How do I track my order?

If you didn't receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-3 working days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at help@blackgoldelixir.com and we will look into it for you.

Can I change my shipping address?

Oops, Mushroom Elixir not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully! Otherwise, we charge a £6.95 re-delivery fee.
